After testing out of high school at sixteen to pursue his career, Nicholas has been striving to make a name for himself in the culinary field. Being a Sonoma County native, Nicholas brings a wide knowledge of local produce, meats, and specialty items.
Throughout the year Nicholas will utilize various seasonal vegetables sourced from local small farms and farmers markets, along with top quality, humanely raised served as sensory stimulating plates to assure an exceptional dining experience.
