Lindsay Menard is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who obtained her Masters in Holistic Counseling Psychology from JFK University in 2008. She began working with a research team in the clinical field of psychology during her BA at San Jose State University focusing on psycho-educational treatments for adults suffering from Type 2 diabetes. Lindsay did her graduate training at the Holistic Counseling Center in Oakland with a strong focus on at risk youth and the LGBT community. She has worked in private practice, schools, and various drug and alcohol treatment settings across the bay area providing addiction counseling to individuals, teens, couples and families.
Lindsay is passionate about providing evidence based treatment for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring issues and is dedicated to helping people through all stages of the healing process in recovery. Coming from a holistic background in psychology, Mrs. Menard aims to treat addiction from a mind-body-spirit framework which allows for healing on all levels of the human system. Lindsay has over 16 years of 12 step experience which she values in her both her personal and professional life. Lindsay grew up in the bay area and currently resides in San Rafael with her family and enjoys the outdoors, working with pastels, and coaching others in the Enneagram Type Personality System.
